Dr. Theresa Pulickal, P.T., D.P.T., RYT is a highly skilled and compassionate Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in pelvic health and integrative therapies. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from Illinois State University and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Azusa Pacific University in 2009. Her doctoral research was published in the Journal of Diabetes Technology & Therapeutics.
Dr. Pulickal has always been dedicated to health and wellness, which naturally led her to pursue a career in physical therapy. Her expertise spans pediatric care for severe neurological impairments to her current focus in pelvic health. She has also earned her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification and pursued advanced training in Pranic Energy Healing, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Visceral Mobilization, and Ayurveda.
Dr. Pulickal's current focus is helping individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction, including conditions like organ prolapse, incontinence, diastasis recti, interstitial cystitis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and pelvic pain. She also works with fertility patients, as well as pregnant and postpartum individuals. Her holistic approach integrates Eastern medicine practices with traditional Western medicine, creating personalized treatment plans to restore health and alleviate pain.
